Charming Charlie Cashback: Every Portal's Rate, Compared
No single Charming Charlie cashback rate wins outright; the table below shows what each portal offers.
Charming Charlie cash back rates by portal
Every rate below was read from that portal's own Charming Charlie page, and every row shows when we last looked. Where a rate has a catch, the catch is printed next to the number rather than underneath it.

Each portal's own help pages, as written there. The source link on each row goes to the page it came from. These are the portal's terms, not Charming Charlie's.

How these Charming Charlie numbers were produced
- Read directly from each portal's own merchant page, never copied from another comparison site.
- A rate we could not read is reported as unread. It is never converted into a zero, and a failed check never overwrites a previously good number.
- "Up to" and new-customer-only rates are labelled as such and are not allowed to win the top spot over a lower rate that everyone actually gets.
Charming Charlie cashback FAQ
Which portal pays the most for Charming Charlie cashback right now?
No portal we track pays a flat everyday rate on Charming Charlie right now. What each one shows, including ceilings and flat amounts, is in the table above with its catch next to it.
How long does Charming Charlie cashback take to pay out?
On a click-through portal there are two waits, one after the other: the portal has to confirm the order with Charming Charlie, which mostly tracks Charming Charlie's return window, and then the confirmed balance has to be paid out, which is the portal's own rule. Buying Charming Charlie's gift card through a portal skips the first wait: that cashback is paid when the card is bought.
- Rakuten: 3 to 14 weeks for online and in-store purchases; 45 to 120 days for travel. Payout: Every three months: February 15, May 15, August 15 and November 15.
- CouponFollow: Pending for up to 60 days, to ensure a purchase isn't returned or refunded. Payout: Monthly: paid on the 25th to the linked PayPal account, arriving by month end; rewards earned on or after the 25th roll to the next month.
- Extrabux: Usually tracked within 1 to 7 days of purchase, then held through a 90-day window for returns or cancellations at most stores before it becomes available. Payout: On request. Requests are processed within 3 business days; PayPal and eGift cards typically land within 24 to 48 hours after that, ACH takes about 5 business days, and a check 1 to 2 weeks by post.
Is there a minimum payout?
- Rakuten: $5.01 in confirmed cash back before the payment date; $5.00 or less carries over to the next one.
- CouponFollow: An Available Balance of at least $10.
- Extrabux: $10 available balance, with at least one confirmed purchase carrying more than $1 in available cash back.
