EcoFlow is creating a portable renewable energy ecosystem for homes and beyond. Established in 2017 by battery engineers who wanted to make clean power accessible, the company won the 2022 Red Dot design award for their Delta Pro power station which can be combined with smart solar panels and trackers for next-generation energy solutions.
Wang credits EcoFlow’s work to the global effort to reach carbon neutrality through renewable energy sources and reduced household energy use. According to him, there is significant market opportunity in providing green power storage services like Delta Pro to consumers for use during extended outages or camping trips.
EcoFlow’s R&D efforts include engaging users to understand their needs, according to its R&D manager. One way they have done this is through crowdfunding campaigns such as the one which funded development of its Delta Pro power station. By gathering direct user feedback, EcoFlow can incorporate this feedback directly into future designs.
EcoCredits are a form of loyalty currency that Members can redeem for Rewards, such as discount codes, physical products or third-party gift cards. Rewards typically become redeemable within 365 days after being added to your account; however certain discounts and gifts (discount codes or physical gifts) may expire sooner depending on how the EcoFlow Store determines it. Unfortunately, rewards cannot be applied back onto orders that have been returned or cancelled.
