When you purchase equipment through Horizon Fitness, your items are shipped free to the first ground level door in your home. However, if you need your equipment delivered to your room of choice or up a flight of stairs, the cost for this service will be added to your order.
Returns*
Horizon products are covered by a limited 30-day refund policy, provided they are still under warranty. To receive a refund, your goods must be returned to the original shipping address and in their original condition with the shipment packaging unaltered.
Product Warranty*
Every product from Horizon Fitness comes with a basic warranty, but you can extend this coverage to cover power surges and other normal wear and tear by purchasing a Warranty Boost. In addition, if your Horizon equipment is beyond its warranty period, you can still have it replaced with a new machine at no charge by an authorized Horizon Fitness repair center.
