The IHG Rewards Premier Credit Card is an ideal card for frequent travelers. Offering an impressive sign-up bonus and complimentary fourth night on award stays, as well as earning at least 26 IHG points per dollar spent and special bonuses for spending in certain categories such as gas, dining, social media advertising/search engine advertising/office supplies; its $99 annual fee more than offsets its welcome offer!
IHG Rewards members can redeem points for reward nights at any of 6,000+ hotels and resorts worldwide, or use IHG’s Points & Cash option to partially redeem in points with remaining payments being made via cash. While its dynamic award pricing model makes finding value difficult, its vast footprint and frequent promotions help members discover some hidden gems within IHG’s program.
IHG also provides various 3rd-party gift cards as a points redemption option, which may not offer as much value than free nights but can still make purchasing easier when time is of the essence.
