Wayfair Cashback: Every Portal's Rate, Compared

The best Wayfair cashback we found is 12% at Fluz, read from Fluz's own Wayfair page.

Wayfair cash back rates by portal

Every rate below was read from that portal's own Wayfair page, and every row shows when we last looked. Where a rate has a catch, the catch is printed next to the number rather than underneath it.

How to get Wayfair cashback, step by step

  1. Open Fluz's Wayfair page and buy a gift card for the amount of your Wayfair order. The rate as we last read it was 12%. Instant. The cashback lands in the Fluz balance when the gift card is bought.
  2. Pay for your Wayfair order with that gift card, the same way you'd use any Wayfair gift card.
  3. Buy only what you'll spend. The cashback is paid when you buy the card, and a card balance you never use is money parked at Wayfair, not savings.
  4. Get paid. Fluz pays by: Bank transfer (ACH), PayPal or Venmo, or spent in the app on more gift cards. Without a US bank account, PayPal or Venmo. Minimum: $15 in lifetime earnings once, then $1 per withdrawal. Timing: On request; 2 to 7 business days. Fluz charges no fee, but passes on any transfer fee it's charged.

Does Wayfair have its own cashback or rewards program?

Yes. Wayfair Rewards is a paid membership that pays a percentage back as Reward Dollars, and the Wayfair Credit Card and Wayfair Mastercard sit on top of it as a higher tier. Neither one is cash. A Reward Dollar is a discount on a later Wayfair order, and it lives or dies with your membership. Three pieces to know, and then how it sits next to the Fluz, MaxRebates and Raise routes below.

  • Wayfair Rewards, the $29 membership, 5%. "Membership currently costs $29/year and will automatically renew on the anniversary of your enrollment date." source. The program terms set the two rates in one line: "Paid Subscribers will earn 5% in Rewards, subject to the terms herein. Cardholders will earn 7% in Rewards, subject to the terms herein." source. The other benefits that matter here are shipping and sales: "Members will receive free standard shipping (including two-day and one-day where available) on all orders with no order minimums." and, during member sales, "member savings will be automatically applied to the price you see, so you don't have to take any action to receive your exclusive discount." source. The rewards arrive after the item ships: "Reward Dollars will be calculated and issued to your account within 48 hours of item shipment or upon purchase for in-store transactions." source. Spending them: "Reward Dollars will apply as a discount against your order total on a one-to-one dollar basis (e.g., $5 in Reward Dollars will reduce your order total by $5)." but "Reward Dollars do not automatically apply to your purchase." and "You are limited to redeeming $2,500 in a given month." source. They keep as long as you pay: "Reward Dollars do not expire so long as you maintain an active program membership." source. The fee doesn't come back: "Outside of immediate cancellations within Wayfair's standard cancellation window, the membership fee is nonrefundable." source
  • The Wayfair Credit Card and Wayfair Mastercard, 7%. "The Wayfair Family of Brands Credit Cards are offered by Citibank, N.A., the Wayfair Rewards Program is offered by Wayfair." source. The card carries the membership: "After a Wayfair Family of Brands credit card is opened, all future membership fees will be waived as long as the credit card remains open." source. The rate, and the two conditions on it: "As a Wayfair Family of Brands cardholder, you will have the opportunity to earn 7% back in rewards on qualifying items at Wayfair's family of brands websites and stores (except outlet stores) by paying with your credit card. The 7% back in rewards is earned instead of, not in addition to, the 5% back in rewards that paid members earn. If, at checkout, you decide to use promotional financing on your order, you will earn 5% back in rewards on qualifying items, not 7%." source. Pay any other way and you're back to the member rate: "As a program member, you will earn 5% back in rewards on qualifying purchases at the Wayfair family of brands websites and stores made with another form of payment (non-Wayfair Credit Card, buy-now-pay-later plans, etc.)." source. New cardholders get a one-time discount with its own rules: "You will receive $40 off your qualifying first order if it is at least $100 offer ends 2/1/2027. Cannot be combined with any other discount or financing offers." source. It's a credit card first, and the financing page prints two different Purchase APR figures for it rather than one: a flat "variable 33.49%" under its "No Annual Fee" heading, and a "variable 29.74% - 33.49%" range under "No Interest Financing if Paid in Full up to 24 Months" source, a contradiction covered in full in the exclusions section below. And closing it empties the balance: "If your card account is closed, your enrollment in the program will end and all rewards will be forfeited 90 days after notice is sent of the closure of your card account, unless you enroll in the program as a paid member by paying the annual membership fee within 30 days of the expiration of your free cardholder membership." source
  • What the percentage is figured on, and what it isn't. "Rewards are calculated prior to any taxes or shipping fees, and after the application of any promotional discounts (including portions of purchases made with Reward Dollars), as well as any post-order cost adjustments or refunds." source. What earns nothing: "You will not earn Reward Dollars on gift cards, sales tax, shipping fees, donations made at checkout, purchases made at outlet stores or at the Porch restaurant, your membership fee itself, or any purchases of services (home installation/assembly, extended warranties, etc.)." source. Business accounts are out: "Wayfair Rewards is a program for consumers and is not available to business accounts affiliated with our Wayfair Professional program." source. Returns take it back: "Rewards are not earned on orders which are canceled, returned, or otherwise refunded. Previously earned rewards will be deducted from your account if a cancellation, return, or refund occurs after shipment. This may result in a negative reward balance in certain specific scenarios." source, and the terms go one step further: "Wayfair also reserves the right to reduce the amount of your refund by an amount commensurate with the negative Reward Dollars balance." source. A missed renewal takes all of it: "If a valid payment method is not available, your membership will be canceled, and you will immediately lose access to all benefits and forfeit any earned rewards." source

Put together: the 5% is store credit you spend at Wayfair later, it costs $29 a year unless you carry the card, and a lapsed membership or a closed card wipes the balance. Fluz's cashback is paid the moment you buy the gift card, before Wayfair sees an order. An order you pay with that gift card still earns the member 5% as far as Wayfair's page goes, since 5% is the rate for "another form of payment"; what it can't earn is the card's 7%, because that needs the card itself at checkout. That's the real choice on a Wayfair order: Fluz plus the member 5%, or the card's 7% on its own.

What Wayfair cashback stacks with

The short version: none of the three click-through portals whose Wayfair terms this page quotes pays on Wayfair as of our read. Rakuten's page says "No Cash Back" source, Price.com's says "Cash back is not currently available for this store." source, and TopCashback's shows no rate and an empty terms box source. So for those three specifically there's no click to protect and no exclusion list to satisfy. Two other routes on the live table above are real but not click-through cashback in that same sense: Fluz's gift card, which pays its cashback when you buy the card, and MaxRebates, whose Wayfair page pays for uploading a receipt after you shop rather than for a tracked click, at a flat rate nothing to do with your order size, well below the "Up to 7%" its own title advertises (covered in full below). Plus whatever Wayfair itself lets you put on the order: one promo code per order that "may not be combined with any other promotion, offer, or price reduction" source, Reward Dollars that can, and no price match to ask for.

LayerStacks with Fluz cashback?Notes
Wayfair promo codesYes, one code, and the code stacks with nothing else on Wayfair's sideFluz's Wayfair article says to "Stack gift card savings with Wayfair promo codes, financing offers, and credit card rewards." source. Wayfair's promo terms limit the code, not how you pay: "Each Promo Code can only be used once per order and once per customer." "Promo Codes may not be combined with any other promotion, offer, or price reduction." "Promo Codes must be applied at Checkout" and "Customer Service will be unable to honor any adjustments post-order." source. Paying with a gift card doesn't touch a code's minimum; buying one in the same order does: "If the offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and handling, service costs, and gift card purchases do not apply when determining the minimum purchase amount." source. Codes are rarer than sales here. Price.com's FAQ: "Wayfair typically offers discounts directly through site-wide sales, clearance sections, and open-box offers rather than distributing public promo codes." source
Sale prices, Way Day, closeouts, member-only salesYesA sale price is still a price, and a gift card pays it. Member sales apply themselves: "member savings will be automatically applied to the price you see, so you don't have to take any action to receive your exclusive discount." source. Fluz's article points at "Way Day, Black Friday, and holiday promotions" source. What Wayfair won't do after the fact: "We do not price match." source
Wayfair Rewards, the member 5%YesWayfair pays the member 5% on orders "made with another form of payment (non-Wayfair Credit Card, buy-now-pay-later plans, etc.)" source, and nothing on its Rewards page names an order paid with a gift card as excluded; the exclusion is buying gift cards. Fluz's cashback landed when you bought the card, so the two never meet.
The card's 7%NoIt needs the card as the payment: the 7% is earned "by paying with your credit card" source, and an order paid with a Fluz gift card isn't paid with the card. So it's Fluz plus the member 5%, or the card's 7% on its own. Any other credit card's rewards stack with Fluz the ordinary way, because you buy the Fluz card with it; the pillar guide covers how.
Spending Reward DollarsYes"Yes, you may combine Reward Dollars with other promotional offers, though some exclusions may apply." source. They can't buy the Fluz card, or any card: "No, Reward Dollars may not be used to purchase gift cards." source. And the part of an order they cover earns nothing new, since rewards are figured "after the application of any promotional discounts (including portions of purchases made with Reward Dollars)" source.
A price matchDoesn't exist at Wayfair"We do not price match. Promotional codes can only be applied during purchase. Customer Service will be unable to honor any promotional code adjustments post-order." source. If the price drops after you order, the return window is the only lever you have.
The card's $40 first-order offerNoIt's a card-only, first-order discount: "Offer only applies to first Wayfair order made with your Wayfair Credit Card or Wayfair Mastercard®." and "Cannot be combined with any other discount or financing offers." source. A Fluz-paid order isn't a card order.
Affirm, Klarna, AfterpayNot namedWayfair: "We offer multiple options to help you pay over time: Through the Wayfair Credit Card or with Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay." source. Whether a gift card can cover part of a pay-in-4 order, none of the pages say, so don't plan on it. On the rewards side, the member 5% covers "buy-now-pay-later plans" source.
A Wayfair gift card, bought with anotherNo"Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards." source, Reward Dollars can't buy them, and Wayfair Rewards pays nothing on them. The Fluz card is the last gift card in the chain.
Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.comNothing to stack, from any of these threeRakuten "No Cash Back" source, Price.com "Cash back is not currently available for this store." source, TopCashback no rate source. Fluz's article still says to look: "Some cashback portals offer additional Wayfair savings when booking directly through their platform." source. Check the live table above for the full current picture across every portal the site tracks; if one of these three starts paying, it shows there first, and the pillar guide explains why only one click can count when it does.
MaxRebates' receipt cash backPossibly, and its own terms don't say either wayThis isn't a tracked click, so it isn't the same kind of choice as the row above. MaxRebates pays for shopping "Online Through MaxRebates or In-Store", then "Upload Proof of Purchase" source, which reads as a receipt rather than a click-through cookie, so a Fluz-paid order's own receipt may qualify the same way any other purchase would. Its terms don't exclude a gift-card-paid order, but they don't confirm one works either, so we don't call it a yes.
Raise's own gift-card routeNo, it's a pick-one with Fluz, same reason as buying two Wayfair gift cards from different placesRaise sells its own Wayfair gift card and pays "Earn 2% back" source for buying it, the same mechanism as Fluz, not a tracked click. You can't spend a Fluz card and a Raise card as the same dollar, so the two don't stack on one order; pick whichever pays more that day and use the other card another time.

Wayfair cashback exclusions and what breaks tracking

There's no Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com click to break on Wayfair today, because none of those three is paying. MaxRebates has its own separate limits, on the receipt rather than a click, covered in its own bullet below. The exclusions that matter otherwise are on the gift card and on the Reward Dollars: where a Fluz card can and can't be spent, the hours before an e-gift card works, what a return does to each, and the places where Wayfair's own pages disagree with each other.

  • What the three click-through portals say. Rakuten's rate line reads "No Cash Back" source, and the page carries no Wayfair terms to quote. TopCashback's page has the heading "Cash Back terms and exclusions" and under it only "See also our general terms & conditions." source, with no rate anywhere; we show that as a rate we couldn't read, not as zero. It also carries its Safari warning: "With this Safari browser, we cannot guarantee that your Cash Back will track for this retailer. Please use an alternative browser on your device (e.g. Chrome) to get Cash Back." source, which only matters on the day it starts paying. Price.com: "Use tested coupons and exclusive deals to save instantly at checkout. Cash back is not currently available for this store." source, and its page lists sales, not codes.
  • MaxRebates: a real page, a headline that doesn't match its own terms. Its Wayfair page title reads "Wayfair Rebates, Up to 7% Cash Back" source, the number the live table above shows. Nowhere else on that page is a percentage or a category rate table printed; checked two ways, a direct page read and a separate rendered read, and neither found one. What the page does show is a flat "$1 Cash Back" line under the heading "Category Cash Back" "Redeemed from Receipts (5 or Less per Month)" against a value of "$1" source, earned through a four-step process: "Shop Online Through MaxRebates or In-Store", "Upload Proof of Purchase", "Pending Review & Approval", "Earn Cash Back" source. Its printed terms: "A maximum of 5 receipts is redeemable per month. Cash Back redeemed from receipts can only be requested for withdrawal when your payable amount reaches the minimum threshold. Cash Back redeemed from receipts can't exceed 10% of total withdrawn Cash Back (e.g. you can withdraw $2 in Cash Back redeemed from receipts for every $20 Cash Back withdrawal). Cash Back redeemed from receipts are valid for 12 months. Proof of purchase must be uploaded within 5 days of the transaction. It might take up to 45 days for Cash Back to become payable." source. So the honest read: five receipts a month at $1 each is $5 a month, on any size order, and even that is capped at a tenth of whatever else you've earned across MaxRebates as a whole. That's a real, small, flat program, not a 7% share of a Wayfair order, and the page gives no explanation for where "7%" comes from.
  • Raise's Wayfair gift card. "Earn 2% back" source, on cards priced between "$40.00 and $500.00" source. The mechanism is the same shape as Fluz's, cashback posted for buying the card rather than for a tracked click: "Each time you purchase a gift card, we will post Raise Cash to your Member account for redemption ONLY on Raise, excluding RaiseOne." source. It doesn't cash out: "Raise does not currently offer cash distribution, bank transfers, PayPal transfers, or any other method by which Raise Cash may be converted to monetary value or distributed to a Member outside of the Raise platform." source. The balance itself "will have an expiration timeframe of (180) days from the date it was earned" source, and a refund reverses it: "Raise Cash earned via purchases on Raise will be rescinded in the event that such purchase transaction is refunded or canceled for any reason." source. The page's "Brand terms" link opens a dialog we couldn't read first-party (it loads client-side rather than printing static text), so any Wayfair-specific fine print Raise attaches to this particular card is unconfirmed; treat the general Raise Cash terms above as what's actually verified.
  • Fluz's card limits. Fluz sells e-gift cards "available from $25–$500" that are "redeemable online only" source. The spec block says "Non-refundable", "Does not expire" and "Non-reloadable", with the issuer listed as Wayfair source. Online only is a real limit here, because Wayfair has stores and outlets and the card won't pay at either. The card text printed on the page: "Gift cards do not expire. Can only be redeemed at a Wayfair website (wayfair.com, allmodern.com, birchlane.com, jossandmain.com, and perigold.com). Only valid in the U.S. Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. Not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law. Wayfair is not responsible for and will not replace lost or stolen gift cards." source. On a return, "When you make a return, the funds will be refunded to a gift card with that merchant." source, so a returned Fluz-paid order comes back as Wayfair credit, not cash. "Fluz does not charge any fees to purchase a gift card." source. Its Wayfair article is older than Wayfair's current program: its card line reads "Get 5% back in rewards or special financing options." source; the card's number today is in the program section above.
  • Wayfair's gift card rules, which the Fluz route inherits. "Gift cards do not expire." "Gift cards purchased on Wayfair.com, AllModern.com, BirchLane.com, JossandMain.com, or Perigold.com can be used interchangeably." "Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards." source. Two lines to plan around. First: "E-gift cards may not be redeemable for up to 4 hours on weekdays, and up to 12 hours on weekends." source, so buy the Fluz card before you fill the cart, not at checkout. Second: "Gift cards are not re-sellable, and gift card orders cannot be canceled, updated or refunded." source. Mixed payment: "The full amount of each purchase, including taxes, will be deducted from the funds held on the gift card, up to the total funds available on the gift card. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift card account and is not transferable. If you make a purchase and there are insufficient funds held on the gift card to cover that purchase, you must pay the difference by a valid credit card or debit card." source. A $200 card on a $180 order leaves $20 sitting in your Wayfair gift card account, so size the card to the order. Lost cards: "We are not responsible for and will not replace lost or stolen gift cards." source. One clause to know exists: "We reserve the right to refuse to honor a gift card that is obtained from unauthorized sellers and resellers." source; Fluz's spec block names Wayfair as the card issuer source, and that's all either page says about it.
  • Returns. We're not quoting Wayfair's own return policy, so read the current version on its returns page before you buy anything you might send back. Price.com describes it this way: "Most undamaged items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping costs deducted from the final refund. Certain items, such as open-box products, clearance items, and assembled goods, may be non-returnable." source. That's Price.com's summary, not Wayfair's wording. What Wayfair does say, in the promo terms: "If the return is accepted by Wayfair, you will be refunded on the payment method used for your purchase, less any shipping costs and less the discount that was applied to your purchase. If part of your order was paid using a gift card, that portion of the purchase costs will be refunded back to your gift card." source. Members have a dated break on the shipping part: "From September 9 through December 31, 2026, active Wayfair Rewards members may return eligible items purchased while their membership is active without paying the applicable return shipping fee. Refunds will be issued as Wayfair store credit." source. Its limits: "Members may use this benefit for up to five eligible items per membership year, with refunds issued as store credit." and "The benefit does not apply to items excluded under the applicable Return Policy, including items purchased using financing and certain product categories, such as appliances, flooring, tubs, doors, grills, and outdoor structures. The benefit covers only the applicable return shipping fee; FedEx home-pickup fees are excluded." source
  • What Wayfair Rewards doesn't pay on, and takes back. The footnote on the program page is the full list: "Rewards are not earned on returns, refunds, promotional discount, post-order cost adjustments, purchases at outlet locations, purchases made by accounts enrolled in the Wayfair Professional program; gift cards, services (including home installation and assembly, extended warranties and design services), donations, Porch restaurant, taxes, shipping or delivery fees, and any portion of a purchase made with Reward Dollars." source. In a store you have to be scanned to earn: "For in-store purchases, you must identify yourself as a program member by scanning the account QR code found in your app or on our mobile website" source. Missing rewards have a clock: "If you believe you earned Reward Dollars that have not been posted to your account balance within 45 days after your product ships, you may dispute your reward balance by calling 1-844-929-7937. We will use reasonable efforts to investigate your dispute if you notify us within 90 days of the purchase date." source. The member free shipping has its own map: "Free shipping is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (i.e., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.), post office boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO." source
  • Where Wayfair's pages disagree with each other. On financed orders, the financing page's fine print says "Promotional financing orders will not earn rewards and are not eligible for the introductory offer." source, while the Rewards FAQ says "If, at checkout, you decide to use promotional financing on your order, you will earn 5% back in rewards on qualifying items, not 7%." source. The same financing page prints two end dates for its plans, "Valid through 09/15/2026." and "Valid through 05/01/2027." source, and the first had already passed when we read it. If you finance, don't count on the 5% until it posts, 48 hours after shipment, and treat the plan's end date as whatever checkout shows you that day. The same page also prints two different Purchase APR figures for the same card. Under "No Annual Fee": "As of 12/16/2025 the Wayfair Credit Card Purchase APR: variable 33.49%." Further down, under "No Interest Financing if Paid in Full up to 24 Months": "As of 12/16/2025 the Wayfair Credit Card Purchase APR: variable 29.74% - 33.49%." source. Neither heading says the other doesn't apply. The range sits under a specific financing plan and the flat rate under the no-fee heading, but the page never states that the flat rate is only for cardholders who skip that plan, so a reader carrying an ordinary balance can't tell from this page alone which number describes their own rate. Confirm the actual APR on your account or card agreement rather than either number printed here.

What breaks the Fluz, MaxRebates or Raise route at Wayfair (there's no click to track on any of them, so the pillar guide's list is for the day a click-through portal starts paying):

  • Trying to spend the Fluz card in a Wayfair store or outlet. Fluz sells it "redeemable online only", and Wayfair's card text names the five websites.
  • Buying the Fluz card at checkout and using it in the same minute. Wayfair gives itself up to 4 hours on weekdays and 12 on weekends before an e-gift card works.
  • A Fluz card bigger than the order. The leftover sits in your Wayfair gift card account and "is not transferable".
  • A return. The money comes back as a Wayfair gift card, the promo discount comes off the refund, and any Reward Dollars earned on the item are debited.
  • Missing MaxRebates' 5-day window to upload the receipt, or filing a sixth receipt in the same month.
  • Letting a Raise Cash balance sit past 180 days, or buying a Fluz card and a Raise card for the same order expecting both to pay.
  • Trying to buy a gift card with it, or with Reward Dollars. Both are blocked in the terms above.
  • Losing the card details. Neither Fluz nor Wayfair replaces a lost or stolen card; the details live in the My Cards section of your Fluz account.

Wayfair cashback FAQ

Which portal pays the most for Wayfair cashback right now?

Fluz, at 12%. That's the rate a returning shopper gets, which is how the table ranks: an "up to" ceiling or a new-customer rate never takes this spot over a lower rate everyone gets.

How long does Wayfair cashback take to pay out?

On a click-through portal there are two waits, one after the other: the portal has to confirm the order with Wayfair, which mostly tracks Wayfair's return window, and then the confirmed balance has to be paid out, which is the portal's own rule. Buying Wayfair's gift card through a portal skips the first wait: that cashback is paid when the card is bought.

Is there a minimum payout?

Does Wayfair cashback work in the Wayfair app or in a Wayfair store?

Online only, for the Fluz card: Fluz sells it as "redeemable online only" source, and Wayfair's card text says it "Can only be redeemed at a Wayfair website (wayfair.com, allmodern.com, birchlane.com, jossandmain.com, and perigold.com)." source. Neither page mentions the app, so we can't tell you a gift card works there. Wayfair Rewards is the route that works everywhere: "You will earn rewards by placing qualifying orders on our website, in our app, or in our physical stores (not including outlet stores)." source, and in a store "you must identify yourself as a program member by scanning the account QR code found in your app or on our mobile website" source. MaxRebates is the other route that reaches a store purchase, in its own way: its first step is "Shop Online Through MaxRebates or In-Store" source, so an in-store Wayfair receipt should qualify the same as an online one, capped at the same $5-a-month limit covered in the exclusions section. None of Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com pays on Wayfair at the moment, so there's no browser-versus-app question to answer for those three; check the live table above for whether another portal the site tracks does.

Does Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com pay cashback on Wayfair?

Not when we read their pages. Rakuten: "No Cash Back" source. Price.com: "Cash back is not currently available for this store." source. TopCashback: no rate, and its "Cash Back terms and exclusions" box holds only "See also our general terms & conditions." source. We show that one as a rate we couldn't read rather than as zero, because a page with no number isn't the same as a page that says no. That's the answer for these three specifically; the live table above lists every portal the site tracks and shows what each one pays on Wayfair today, including any that these three's own pages don't quote. If any of the three starts paying, it shows there first, and the stacking table above already tells you what would go with it.

MaxRebates shows "Up to 7% Cash Back" on Wayfair. Is that real?

Not in the way the number suggests. MaxRebates' Wayfair page title reads "Wayfair Rebates, Up to 7% Cash Back" source, which is where the live table's figure comes from, but nothing else on that page explains it: no category table, no percentage printed anywhere in the visible terms, checked two separate ways. What the page does describe, in full, is a program called "Category Cash Back" "Redeemed from Receipts (5 or Less per Month)", valued at "$1" source: shop online through MaxRebates or in a physical store, upload a receipt within 5 days, and get a flat $1 back, capped at 5 receipts a month, and that receipt-redeemed total can't exceed 10% of everything else you've withdrawn from MaxRebates source. Five dollars a month, at most, on any size order, is what's actually documented, not 7% of what you spend. Treat the headline number as unverified until MaxRebates' own page explains it.

Is Wayfair Rewards worth $29 for the 5%?

Only if you'd spend enough to make it back. At 5% in Reward Dollars, the fee is covered after $580 of qualifying spend, and what you get is store credit you have to come back to use, not cash. What tips it are the other benefits: "Members will receive free standard shipping (including two-day and one-day where available) on all orders with no order minimums." source, member-only sale prices, and through December 31, 2026, return shipping on up to five items refunded as store credit (quoted in the exclusions section). If you're furnishing a room this year, that's the case for it. If you're buying one lamp, it isn't. The card makes the fee go away, "all future membership fees will be waived as long as the credit card remains open" source, but it's still a credit card, and its financing page's Purchase APR runs as high as 33.49% under either of the two figures it prints for the card source, so only if you'd pay it off every month. And the balance isn't yours to keep: "Upon membership expiration, you will lose access to all earned rewards and any other program benefits (unless prohibited by law)." source

Can I use a promo code and a Fluz gift card on the same Wayfair order?

Yes, as far as both sets of terms go. Fluz's article says to "Stack gift card savings with Wayfair promo codes, financing offers, and credit card rewards." source, and Wayfair's promo terms limit the code, not how you pay: "Each Promo Code can only be used once per order and once per customer." and "Promo Codes may not be combined with any other promotion, offer, or price reduction." source. Enter the code at checkout, because "Customer Service will be unable to honor any adjustments post-order." source, and check the code's own fine print, since "Brand/Manufacturer Exclusions may apply." source. If you return the item, the refund comes "less any shipping costs and less the discount that was applied to your purchase", and the gift card part goes "back to your gift card" source.

What happens to Wayfair cashback if I return the order?

Each piece behaves differently. Fluz's cashback was paid when you bought the card, and it stays paid; what comes back from Wayfair is store credit: "When you make a return, the funds will be refunded to a gift card with that merchant." source. Reward Dollars are pulled back: "Previously earned rewards will be deducted from your account if a cancellation, return, or refund occurs after shipment. This may result in a negative reward balance in certain specific scenarios." source, and "Wayfair also reserves the right to reduce the amount of your refund by an amount commensurate with the negative Reward Dollars balance." source. Return shipping comes out of the refund, on Price.com's summary quoted in the exclusions section, unless you're a member using the Free Returns benefit before December 31, 2026, and even then "Refunds will be issued as Wayfair store credit." source. Read Wayfair's returns page for the current policy on the item you're buying; open-box, clearance and assembled items are where Price.com's summary says the exceptions are.

Is there a minimum order for Wayfair cashback?

The Fluz card starts at $25, "Purchase e-gift cards available from $25–$500" source, and that's the smallest card, not a minimum order; a $25 card can pay for a $12 order and park the other $13 at Wayfair. The threshold you'll actually feel, if you're not a member, is whatever Wayfair's standard shipping minimum is that day, which the Rewards page itself doesn't state; what it does state is that members skip it entirely, "no order minimums" source; promo codes have their own minimum, where "gift card purchases do not apply when determining the minimum purchase amount" source; and the card's first-order offer, "$40 off your qualifying first order if it is at least $100" source. MaxRebates states no minimum either, since its $1 is per receipt regardless of the order total source. Raise's card runs "$40.00 and $500.00" source, so $40 is the floor on that route. Fluz's own payout minimum is in the Getting paid table above.
