Lowe’s Cashback: Every Portal's Rate, Compared
The best Lowe’s cashback we found is 6% at BeFrugal, read from BeFrugal's own Lowe’s page.
Lowe’s cash back rates by portal

How to get Lowe’s cashback, step by step
- Open BeFrugal's Lowe’s page and click through to Lowe’s from there. That click is what ties the order to your account, so start every Lowe’s order this way rather than from a bookmark or a search result. The rate as we last read it was 6%.
- Shop in that same tab and session. Don't leave for a coupon site and come back, and turn off any other cashback or coupon extension before you check out: the last click before the order is the one that gets credited, and another extension's click can take it.
- Check out in one go, using only codes BeFrugal itself shows for Lowe’s. A code from somewhere else can void the cashback on many stores.
- Wait for it to confirm. Verified cash back sits in the account for 30 to 90 days, set by the retailer's return policy and its payment cycle with BeFrugal. Store pages say cash back is typically available for payment 15 to 60 days after purchase. Returning part of the order, or cancelling it, changes what gets paid.
- Get paid. BeFrugal pays by: Check, PayPal, direct deposit, Venmo, Zelle or an eGift card. Check and direct deposit are US only. Minimum: $0.01 for PayPal or direct deposit; $25 for a check. Timing: On request. Most payouts are sent on the next business day after the request.
Getting paid, portal by portal
Each portal's own help pages, as written there. The source link on each row goes to the page it came from. These are the portal's terms, not Lowe’s's.
| Portal | Paid by | Minimum | Confirmation window |
|---|---|---|---|
| BeFrugalsource | Check, PayPal, direct deposit, Venmo, Zelle or an eGift card. Check and direct deposit are US only. | $0.01 for PayPal or direct deposit; $25 for a check. | Verified cash back sits in the account for 30 to 90 days, set by the retailer's return policy and its payment cycle with BeFrugal. Store pages say cash back is typically available for payment 15 to 60 days after purchase. |
| Fluzsource | Bank transfer (ACH), PayPal or Venmo, or spent in the app on more gift cards. Without a US bank account, PayPal or Venmo. | $15 in lifetime earnings once, then $1 per withdrawal. | Instant. The cashback lands in the Fluz balance when the gift card is bought. |
| RetailMeNotsource | PayPal or Venmo, from the RetailMeNot account. | A minimum approved balance of $5.01 is required for a redemption. | In about 45 days the cash back lands in the RetailMeNot account as redeemable. |
| Raisesource | Raise Cash, posted to your Raise account each time you buy a gift card. It's redeemed at checkout on Raise toward any gift card or other product Raise sells, and Raise's catalogue includes a Prepaid Mastercard. Raise doesn't offer cash distribution, bank transfers or PayPal transfers. | None to redeem; Raise applies it at your next checkout. Gift cards must be bought for at least $5, and with more than $1,000 in Raise Cash on hand you have to redeem some before earning more. | Posted to the Raise account when the gift card is bought, and rescinded if that purchase is refunded or cancelled for any reason. |
| Price.comsource | Debit card deposit, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, gift cards, a donation to charity, or crypto. | $10 per withdrawal, with a $500 cap per withdrawal and per day. | Typically 30 to 90 days: pending until the retailer confirms the purchase and its return period ends. |
| ShopBacksource | PayPal or a US bank account via ACH, once the balance clears the minimum. | $5 of Confirmed Cashback on ShopBack's payment-methods and clear-time guides; its withdraw how-to says $10. | Pending within 48 hours of checkout, then Confirmed once the partner store's claim time has been fulfilled: usually a few weeks for retail, after trip completion for travel. |
| Extrabuxsource | PayPal, eGift cards, ACH bank deposit (US only), check (US only), or a donation to a charity. | $10 available balance, with at least one confirmed purchase carrying more than $1 in available cash back. | Usually tracked within 1 to 7 days of purchase, then held through a 90-day window for returns or cancellations at most stores before it becomes available. |
| Active Junkysource | Check, PayPal, Venmo or a credit/debit card. Approved cash back can also be cashed out early as a gift card. | None stated for the monthly payout. Cashing out early as a gift card takes $5.01 in approved cash back. | Orders stay pending until the partner store approves them. For travel and events, partners typically approve within about 3 months after the trip or event. |
| MaxRebatessource | Check or PayPal, in US dollars, and sometimes other options such as a donation to charity. | $10.00 per payment, with a $2,000.00 maximum. | Pending for 90 days to cover store return policies, cancellations and commission collection; it often takes up to 90 days for cash back to become payable, depending on the product and the merchant. |
| Mr. Rebatessource | A rebate check by mail, or payment via PayPal, Venmo or an Amazon gift card. | $10 in Available Rebates. | Rebates post to Pending within 1 to 3 business days of the order or ship date, then stay Pending for 90 days from the posting date before moving to Available. |
| Rakutensource | Big Fat Check by mail, PayPal, American Express Membership Rewards points, or Bilt. A confirmed balance of $5.00 or more can also be redeemed as a gift card within minutes. | $5.01 in confirmed cash back before the payment date; $5.00 or less carries over to the next one. | 3 to 14 weeks for online and in-store purchases; 45 to 120 days for travel. |
| RebatesMesource | PayPal, credit card, Alipay, check or gift cards. | $10 in available cash back, not counting bonuses. | Cash back becomes available after the 90-day return window. |
| Lollisource | Transfer to any bitcoin address if you're earning in bitcoin, or withdraw to a US bank account. Lolli holds the bitcoin in a custodial wallet until you withdraw it. | $15 in available balance. | Rewards become available once each retailer's confirmation period has passed, typically 90 days after the purchase or completed travel reservation. It can take up to 90 days. |
| CouponFollowsource | PayPal; a valid US PayPal account has to be connected to CouponFollow. | An Available Balance of at least $10. | Pending for up to 60 days, to ensure a purchase isn't returned or refunded. |
| GoCashBacksource | PayPal, check, gift card (US only) or Helipay. | $10 in withdrawable cash back, not counting sign-up, referral or activity bonuses for the first withdrawal. | It can take up to 120 days for cash back to become available. |
| TopCashbacksource | Bank transfer, Venmo, PayPal, gift cards, a Virtual Visa Prepaid Card or an American Express Virtual Reward Card. | None for PayPal, Venmo or bank transfer; some gift cards have one. | No fixed window. Cash back goes pending, then confirmed once the retailer reviews the order, then payable once the retailer's network is invoiced. TopCashback prints an estimated payout speed on each merchant's page. |
Does Lowe's have its own cashback or rewards program?
Yes, a free points program with three spending tiers, a store credit card that takes 5% off instead of paying anything back, and a 10% military discount that runs through the same free account. None of it is cashback in the portal sense; MyLowe's Rewards pays in store credit, the card pays in a discount at the register, and both come off your order before a portal ever sees it. A note before the details: every Lowe's program page on lowes.com refused our reads for this pass, so what follows is quoted from the portals' own write-ups of the program, and each line says which one. The MyLowe's Rewards page and the card's terms on lowes.com are the final word on anything below.
- MyLowe's Rewards, the free points. TopCashback's write-up: "For every dollar you spend, you'll earn one point. This can later be redeemed for MyLowe's Money (essentially store credit), which you can then use toward your next order at Lowe's." source. Price.com puts it in one line: "Customers can also join the free MyLowe's Rewards program to earn points on qualifying purchases." source. Rakuten's version leans on the account perks rather than the points: "Register for a MyLowe's account to get free parcel shipping, a 10% discount on eligible purchases for active military personnel and veterans, easier returns, track in-store purchases and create shopping lists for easy access on-the-go." source
- The three tiers, by annual spend. TopCashback lists "Bronze Members ($0–$499 annual spend)" at "1x points per $1 spent" with "Free standard delivery ($35 minimum spend)", "Free same-day delivery on qualifying orders over $25", "Access to member-only deals, promotions and events" and "Free member gifts and giveaways"; "Silver Members ($500–$1,999 annual spend)" at "1.25x points per $1 spent" with "Free standard shipping (no minimum spend)"; and "Gold ($2,000+)" at "1.5x points per $1 spent" source. The same page names a members-only sale: "MyLowe's Rewards Week: Biannual event for MyLowe's Rewards members that occurs in January and October with up to 40% savings on select items." source
- The MyLowe's Rewards Credit Card, a 5% discount, not a rebate. Price.com, TopCashback and Fluz all describe it as a discount. Price.com: "Lowe's provides an everyday 5% discount for MyLowe's Rewards Credit Card holders on eligible purchases and an everyday 10% discount for verified military members, veterans, and their spouses." source. TopCashback's list of perks: "5% off eligible items", "20% off first purchase (up to $100 discount)", "Special financing options", "Automatic Silver Key status in MyLowe's Rewards" and "Free standard shipping" source. Fluz's Lowe's article uses the card's older name: "Lowe's Advantage Card: Get 5% off every purchase at Lowe's." source. How the 5% and the financing interact on a given purchase is in the card terms on lowes.com, which we haven't quoted here; read them before you count on both.
- The military discount. TopCashback's FAQ: "Lowe's offers a 10% discount on full-price items for active military members, veterans and their spouses. Military personnel must first register through ID.me to verify discount eligibility." source. Fluz's article: "Active military and veterans get 10% off eligible purchases" source. Rakuten ties it to the free account, in the line quoted above source. TopCashback's "full-price items" and Fluz's and Rakuten's "eligible purchases" are two different fences; Lowe's own military page draws the real one.
- Subscriptions, for the things you reorder. TopCashback: "MyLowe's Rewards members can enroll in the Lowe's Subscriptions program to get free shipping on recurring orders via automatic delivery. Once you join, you can get 5% off select items too." source
- Sales, bulk pricing, and the price guarantee. TopCashback names the sale channels, "Lowe's Daily Deals, which spotlights one-day, online-only discounts on select tools , appliances and more" and "checking the Weekly Ad for deals at your local Lowe's", plus "Bulk Savings, a volume discount pricing option that lets you save up to 30% when you purchase a minimum amount of select products in bulk." and a clearance section where "the Back Aisle clearance deals section features special offers on yellow tag items for as much as 50% off, including building materials and garden products." source. Rakuten adds the email route, "Sign up for emails from Lowe's to get their weekly ad sent right to your inbox." and a rebate desk: "If you bought a product with a rebate, visit the Lowe's Rebate center to submit your rebate, check your rebate status and find current rebate offers on thousands of Lowe's products." source. On price matching, Price.com has the fullest description: "Lowe's matches lower prices on identical, in-stock items offered by qualified local retailers and major online competitors. The price comparison includes any applicable shipping costs, and Lowe's offers a 30-day price adjustment window if an item's price drops after purchase." source. Rakuten says to claim it in person or by phone, "If you'd like to price match, you'll need to head to your local store or phone in your order." source, and TopCashback says "To request a price match, contact Lowe's customer service via live chat or phone." source. Lowe's own homepage sets one boundary in its footer: "Our local stores do not honor online pricing." source
Put together: the free account earns points on every order and is the account the military 10% runs through if you qualify; the card takes 5% off at checkout and starts you at Silver; a portal click pays on whatever is left after those discounts, because the portal only sees the tracked order total. The one thing that doesn't stack is a gift card, and that includes a Fluz card, which the next section covers.
What Lowe's cashback stacks with
Rakuten, TopCashback and Price.com, the three portals whose Lowe's terms this page quotes, each pay on a Lowe's order, and each has a short exclusion list that never mentions the rewards program, the card, or the military discount. Where they agree, it's on gift cards: all three treat a Lowe's gift card as off-limits, in different words. Fluz sells the gift card itself, which is a separate layer that has to be chosen instead of a portal, not added to one. Here's each layer against portal cashback, with the wording it rests on.
| Layer | Stacks with portal cashback? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Sales, Daily Deals, Weekly Ad prices and clearance | Yes | A sale price is still a price; TopCashback pays on "the item(s) price" source, and none of the Lowe's terms at Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com carve out a sale. The seasonal calendar on TopCashback's page runs from "SpringFest Sale: Huge deals on select lawn and garden products with price drops on mulch (for as low as $2 a bag), soil, outdoor plants, pavers and fertilizer." through "Christmas Clearance: Begins mid-December with up to 75% off ornaments, artificial trees, inflatables, outdoor holiday decor and more." source |
| Bulk Savings, the volume discount | Yes | It's a price cut on the item, and the portal pays on the item price. TopCashback's own editorial is the one that describes it: "Buy more and save more with Bulk Savings, a volume discount pricing option that lets you save up to 30% when you purchase a minimum amount of select products in bulk." source. Nothing in its terms or Rakuten's or Price.com's mentions a bulk order. |
| Promo codes | Yes at Rakuten and Price.com; at TopCashback only its own codes | Lowe's doesn't run many. Price.com says so outright: "Price.com does not currently list active coupon codes or promotional deals for Lowe's. Lowe's relies primarily on loyalty rewards, special financing perks, and seasonal store sales rather than public promo codes." source. TopCashback excludes "Use of a coupon code not displayed on TopCashback." source and, in its editorial, invites its own: "You can even combine your Cash Back with any Lowe's coupon codes that you see on this page." source. Rakuten points you at Lowe's email list: "You can get Lowe's coupons and learn about deals by signing up for its email newsletter or mobile alerts." source |
| The military discount | Yes | It's applied by Lowe's, on your account, before the order total is sent to the portal. None of the Lowe's terms at Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com mention it source source source, and Rakuten's editorial files it under the account perks quoted in the program section. TopCashback's FAQ limits it to "full-price items" source; if a sale price and the 10% collide, Lowe's decides, not the portal. |
| A price match or a price adjustment | Not named by Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com | The match is claimed by phone, chat, or in a store, per the lines quoted in the program section, and a phone or in-store order is one no portal click ever sees. The adjustment is a refund after the fact; Price.com's editorial names "a 30-day price adjustment window if an item's price drops after purchase." source, and none of those three portals' Lowe's terms say how a partial refund is handled source source source. Expect the tracked amount to be corrected down at the least. |
| MyLowe's Rewards points and MyLowe's Money | Earning: yes. Spending MyLowe's Money: not named by Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com | Earning is Lowe's business and the portal doesn't see it; nothing in the Lowe's terms at Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com names the program. Spending is the open question. Rakuten's exclusions are "Lumber, Decking, My Project & Installations purchases which includes items picked up and delivered by an installer, or the purchase or redemption of gift cards." source, and MyLowe's Money isn't a gift card; TopCashback's list is "Purchases made on other sites than Lowe's U.S. site.", "Purchase or redemption of a Lowe's gift card." and the coupon line source; Price.com's is one sentence about gift cards source. None of them say store credit voids an order, and we don't turn silence into a yes. The clean way through: spend MyLowe's Money on its own order, and click through for the order you're paying for in full. |
| The MyLowe's Rewards Credit Card, and any other rewards card | Yes | The 5% comes off the price at checkout and the portal pays on what's left, a smaller base but a real stack; none of the Lowe's terms at Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com name the card. TopCashback lists "20% off first purchase (up to $100 discount)" among the card's perks source, which is Lowe's own discount, not a coupon code from somewhere else, and none of those three portals' Lowe's terms put a size limit on a discount source source source. Any other card's rewards stack the same way; the pillar guide covers how. |
| Subscriptions | The first order, if you click through for it | TopCashback describes the program as "free shipping on recurring orders via automatic delivery" source. A portal pays on the order placed after a click, and an automatic delivery has no click in front of it; none of the Lowe's terms at Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com mention subscriptions either way source source source. Count on the first order and treat the rest as Lowe's 5%, not the portal's. |
| Apple Pay, PayPal and other wallets | Not named by Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com | TopCashback's FAQ says "Yes, Lowe's accepts Apple Pay for online and in-store purchases." source, and none of those three portals' Lowe's terms exclude a payment method source source source. The portal tracks the click, not the tender. A wallet that opens a new window can still break the click; the pillar guide explains why. |
| Gift cards, including the Fluz card | Buying one: no at Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com. Paying with one: no at all three | Rakuten's exclusion covers "the purchase or redemption of gift cards" source. TopCashback's is "Purchase or redemption of a Lowe's gift card." source. Price.com's is "Cash Back is not available on purchases made using gift cards." source. Redemption is paying with one, so a Fluz card and a portal click don't stack at Lowe's; you pick whichever pays more on that order. Fluz's own cashback lands when you buy the card, and its article puts the card alongside "Lowe's promotions, coupons, and credit card rewards" source, all of which hold, and separately says "Some cashback portals offer additional Lowe's savings when shopping directly through their platform." source, which those three portals' own Lowe's terms rule out for a gift-card-paid order. The cards are "redeemable in-store and online" source. |
| The Lowe's app | No at TopCashback; not named by Rakuten or Price.com | TopCashback's editorial: "Please be aware that you cannot earn Cash Back on purchases made with the Lowe's mobile app at this time." source. Rakuten's and Price.com's Lowe's terms don't mention the app source source; Price.com's own steps say "Complete your purchase in the Lowe's tab." source, which is a browser, not an app. |
| A second portal | Never | Only one tracking click gets credit, and TopCashback makes a double attempt fail outright: "To be eligible for Cash Back on all products, you must begin your purchase with an empty shopping cart." source. The pillar guide explains why the last click wins. |
Lowe's cashback exclusions and what breaks tracking
The lists are short and they're about categories and tender, not brands. Rakuten leaves out lumber, decking and installed projects. TopCashback splits the catalog into two tiers by department and leaves out the app. Price.com caps what one order can earn. All three leave out gift cards. Here is each portal's wording, then the Fluz card's fine print, then what Lowe's own programs skip.
- Rakuten's exclusions and terms. "Exclusions: Cash Back is not available on Lumber, Decking, My Project & Installations purchases which includes items picked up and delivered by an installer, or the purchase or redemption of gift cards." and "Special Terms: Missing Cash Back must be reported within 60 days from the order date." source. Posting is quick on paper: "Cash Back will be automatically added to your Rakuten account tomorrow." source. The lumber line matters more at Lowe's than it would elsewhere: a deck build is exactly the order where the cashback would have added up, and at Rakuten the boards and the decking are both out. Its editorial page carries a "Last Edited : August 24, 2026" stamp source.
- TopCashback's tiers, gate and terms. Two rates, named "Online Purchase – Lawn & Garden (Non-Powered Items)" and "Online Purchase - All Other" source; the first is the higher one, so a mower or a string trimmer is "All Other" while the mulch beside it isn't. Exclusions: "Purchases made on other sites than Lowe's U.S. site." "Purchase or redemption of a Lowe's gift card." "Use of a coupon code not displayed on TopCashback." source. Terms: "Cash Back is calculated only on the item(s) price and does not include taxes, shipping or other fees." "Cash Back earned cannot exceed the total purchase amount." "Should your Cash Back fail to track automatically, please submit a Missing Cash Back Claim within 60 days of your order." "To be eligible for Cash Back on all products, you must begin your purchase with an empty shopping cart." source. Its page also carries a browser warning, "With this Safari browser, we cannot guarantee that your Cash Back will track for this retailer." source, the app exclusion quoted in the table, and a general timing line, "Your Cash Back appears in your account within 7 days of your purchase, but it usually isn't payable or withdrawable right away." source. Its editorial is stamped "Last Updated: April 2026" source.
- Price.com. "Cash Back is not available on purchases made using gift cards." with "Max Cash Back Per Order:" of "$15", "Purchases will typically show in your wallet as pending in 7 days." and "Cash Back will be added to your wallet in approximately 90 days." source. The cap is the line to notice at a home-improvement store: on a big appliance or a full bathroom order, the percentage stops mattering once the order passes the point where the cap kicks in, and Rakuten and TopCashback publish no per-order cap on their Lowe's pages source source.
- Fluz's card limits. Cards run "from $10–$1,000" and are "redeemable in-store and online" source. The spec block: "Non-refundable", "Does not expire", "Reloadable", issuer Lowe's source. The card terms Fluz prints are Lowe's own: "This is a Lowe's Gift Card and is valid in US only." It "cannot be used to make payments on any charge account or used to purchase any other retailer or third party gift card." and "Lost or stolen Gift Cards can only be replaced upon presentation oforiginal sales receipt for any remaining balance." source, the missing space included. So a Fluz card can't pay down the MyLowe's Rewards Credit Card, and you'd want to keep the Fluz receipt as the card's proof of purchase.
- What Lowe's own discounts don't cover. The military discount is "on full-price items" in TopCashback's FAQ source and "on eligible purchases" in Rakuten's and Price.com's source source; the card's 5% is "on eligible purchases" at Price.com source and "5% off eligible items" at TopCashback source; and the Subscriptions 5% is "on select items" source. What "eligible" leaves out is on Lowe's own pages, which we couldn't read for this pass, so treat lumber, appliances and anything already on sale as unconfirmed rather than covered.
- Returns and timing. The portals don't agree with each other on Lowe's return windows. Rakuten: "Lowe's return policy for most items extends up to 90 days." and "Some product categories, such as major appliances, outdoor power equipment and paint, have a shorter return window of 30 days." source. TopCashback: "You can return most new, unused items within 90 days of purchase. However, items like major appliances and air conditioners must be returned within a 48-hour return window. Electronics, paint, outdoor power equipment and special order items often have a 30-day return window." source. Price.com: "Most new, unused merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of purchase when accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Certain product categories, including major appliances and power equipment, may have shorter return windows or specific condition requirements." source. Thirty days and 48 hours aren't the same window, and Lowe's returns page is the one that counts. What the portals do agree on is why it matters: the cashback waits out the window. TopCashback: "We need to wait until the retailer's return period is over (because any items that are returned will disqualify your Cash Back)." source; Price.com's approval runs "approximately 90 days" source. A return on a Fluz-paid order goes back to a card, not your bank: "When you make a return, the funds will be refunded to a gift card with that merchant." source
What breaks tracking at any store, Lowe's included (the pillar guide has the portals' own wording on each):
- A second coupon or cashback extension that fires after the one you're earning with, so its click is the last one Lowe's sees.
- Starting on one device and finishing on another, including clicking through on a laptop and buying in the Lowe's app, which TopCashback rules out by name.
- Ad blockers, cookie blocking, and on TopCashback's own warning, Safari.
- Items already in the cart before the click. TopCashback states the empty-cart rule outright on its Lowe's page.
- Paying with a gift card, a Fluz card included, at Rakuten, TopCashback and Price.com.
- A promo code from somewhere other than the portal's page, at TopCashback.
- An order placed by phone or at the Pro desk to claim a price match, which no portal click can track.
- A return, an exchange or a cancellation, which reverses the commission the cashback was going to be paid from.

How these Lowe’s numbers were produced
- Read directly from each portal's own merchant page, never copied from another comparison site.
- A rate we could not read is reported as unread. It is never converted into a zero, and a failed check never overwrites a previously good number.
- "Up to" and new-customer-only rates are labelled as such and are not allowed to win the top spot over a lower rate that everyone actually gets.
Lowe’s cashback FAQ
Which portal pays the most for Lowe’s cashback right now?
BeFrugal, at 6%, tied with Fluz and RetailMeNot at the same rate. That's the rate a returning shopper gets, which is how the table ranks: an "up to" ceiling or a new-customer rate never takes this spot over a lower rate everyone gets.
How long does Lowe’s cashback take to pay out?
On a click-through portal there are two waits, one after the other: the portal has to confirm the order with Lowe’s, which mostly tracks Lowe’s's return window, and then the confirmed balance has to be paid out, which is the portal's own rule. Buying Lowe’s's gift card through a portal skips the first wait: that cashback is paid when the card is bought.
- BeFrugal: Verified cash back sits in the account for 30 to 90 days, set by the retailer's return policy and its payment cycle with BeFrugal. Store pages say cash back is typically available for payment 15 to 60 days after purchase. Payout: On request. Most payouts are sent on the next business day after the request.
- Fluz: Instant. The cashback lands in the Fluz balance when the gift card is bought. Payout: On request; 2 to 7 business days. Fluz charges no fee, but passes on any transfer fee it's charged.

Does Lowe's cashback work in the Lowe's app or in a store?
Not in the app at TopCashback, and not in a store through any portal click. TopCashback's page says "Please be aware that you cannot earn Cash Back on purchases made with the Lowe's mobile app at this time." source, and Rakuten's and Price.com's Lowe's terms don't mention the app at all source source; Price.com's steps assume a browser, "Complete your purchase in the Lowe's tab." source. A walk-in purchase has no click in front of it. Ordering online for store pickup is still an online order: Rakuten's editorial describes the flow, "At checkout, choose in-store pickup rather than home delivery." source, and none of the Lowe's terms at Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com exclude a pickup order, though Rakuten's does exclude "items picked up and delivered by an installer" source, which is an installation, not a pickup.
Can I pay with a Fluz gift card and still get portal cashback?
No, at the three portals whose Lowe's terms this page quotes. Rakuten excludes "the purchase or redemption of gift cards" source, TopCashback "Purchase or redemption of a Lowe's gift card." source, and Price.com "purchases made using gift cards" source. Redeeming is paying, so the Fluz card and the portal click are an either/or at Lowe's, and the right pick is whichever pays more on that order. What the Fluz card does stack with is everything on Lowe's side: sale prices, the military discount, and MyLowe's Rewards points, since Lowe's doesn't care how you paid. Fluz's article names "Lowe's promotions, coupons, and credit card rewards" source, and the card itself is "redeemable in-store and online" source, so it also covers the walk-in purchase no portal click can.
Do MyLowe's Rewards and portal cashback stack?
Earning them, yes. The points post on Lowe's side, the cashback posts on the portal's, and none of the Lowe's terms at Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com mention the program source source source. TopCashback's description of the program: "For every dollar you spend, you'll earn one point. This can later be redeemed for MyLowe's Money (essentially store credit), which you can then use toward your next order at Lowe's." source. Spending MyLowe's Money is the part nobody has written down: none of those three portals' Lowe's terms say whether an order paid partly with store credit still tracks, and it isn't a gift card, so the gift card lines don't settle it. Spend it on its own order and keep the portal click for the order you pay in full. Be signed in to the MyLowe's account when you check out, or the points never post.
Does lumber, an appliance, or a mower earn cashback at Lowe's?
It depends on the portal, and this is where Rakuten, TopCashback and Price.com differ most. Rakuten pays nothing on "Lumber, Decking, My Project & Installations purchases which includes items picked up and delivered by an installer" source, so a framing order or a deck is out there, and so is anything an installer delivers. TopCashback pays every department, but its higher tier is "Online Purchase – Lawn & Garden (Non-Powered Items)" and everything else, appliances and lumber and the mower included, is "Online Purchase - All Other" source. Price.com pays one rate on everything but caps each order at "$15" source, so on an appliance the cap is the number that matters. Whichever you pick, the appliance's return window is the clock on the payout, and the portals disagree on how long that is; the exclusions section has each one's wording.
Is the MyLowe's Rewards Credit Card worth it for the rewards?
It's a discount, not a rewards card, and that's the whole question. Price.com describes "an everyday 5% discount for MyLowe's Rewards Credit Card holders on eligible purchases" source, and TopCashback lists "5% off eligible items", "20% off first purchase (up to $100 discount)", "Special financing options", "Automatic Silver Key status in MyLowe's Rewards" and "Free standard shipping" source. Five percent off at the register beats what Rakuten, TopCashback or Price.com pays on a Lowe's order, and the two stack, since the portal pays on the discounted total. The trade is that a store card earns nothing anywhere else, and TopCashback lists financing as a separate perk without saying whether it replaces the 5% on that purchase; the card terms on lowes.com are where that answer lives. If you'd carry a balance, the financing terms matter more than any of this.
Is there a minimum order for Lowe's cashback?
None of Rakuten's, TopCashback's or Price.com's Lowe's pages sets one; the minimums are Lowe's own, for shipping. Rakuten says "Lowe's offers free shipping with a minimum purchase of $45 or more." source and TopCashback's FAQ says "Lowe's offers free shipping for eligible orders of $45 or more that weigh less than 150 pounds." source, while TopCashback's tier list gives Bronze members "Free standard delivery ($35 minimum spend)" and Silver "Free standard shipping (no minimum spend)" source, so the number you see depends on whether you're signed in and which tier you're at. For appliances, Rakuten's editorial names a separate threshold: "If you purchase a major appliance of $396 or more, take advantage of free local appliance delivery, damage check, installation and $20 haul away and relocation of your old appliance." source. Shipping never earns cashback anyway; TopCashback's terms say the payout "does not include taxes, shipping or other fees" source.
