CSHBCK ("we", "us") runs the website at cshbck.com (the "Service"). This page explains what the Service collects when you use it, how that information is used, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Information you give us. The Service has no accounts and no sign-up forms. If you email us at get@cshbck.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it to reply and for nothing else.
- Log data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records what your browser sends when you visit: your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the date and time of the visit, the time spent on each page and similar statistics. We use it to keep the Service running and to see which pages get read.
- Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the page opens the same way next time. It isn't sent to us.
Advertising and cookies
We show ads served by Google AdSense. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to tell you when one is being set. The Service itself works without cookies; the ads may not.
Links to other sites
Almost every page here links to cashback portals and merchants we don't run. When you follow one of those links you're on their site, under their privacy policy, and we have no control over what they collect. Some of those links are referral or affiliate links; the disclosure is in our Terms of Service. We suggest reading the privacy policy of every site you visit.
Service providers
We use third parties to host the Service and to serve ads. They have access to information only as needed to do that work and are obligated not to use it for anything else.
Security
No method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is completely secure. We use reasonable, commercially accepted means to protect the information described here, but we can't guarantee its absolute security.
Children
The Service isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email get@cshbck.com and we'll delete it.
Legal requests
We'll disclose personal information where the law or a subpoena requires it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when they're posted on this page, with the date below updated.
