Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using cshbck.com (the "Service"), operated by CSHBCK ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What the Service is

CSHBCK compares the cashback rates that portals such as Rakuten, TopCashback, Price.com and Fluz publish for a given merchant, and records the date each rate was read. Every number is read from the portal's own page and shown with the date we last looked. Rates change without notice, portals can change their terms at any time, and a rate on this site is a report of what the portal said when we read it, not a promise of what you'll be paid. Confirm the rate on the portal before you shop.

Affiliate links and referral bonuses

Some links on this site to cashback portals are referral or affiliate links. If you join a portal or shop through one of those links, CSHBCK may receive a referral bonus or a commission from that portal, at no extra cost to you. This never changes the rate we report: the numbers come from the portal's own page whether or not it pays us, a portal that pays us gets no better placement for it, and the source link beside every rate goes to the plain portal page we read it from. Where a page carries referral links, it says so.

Advertising

The Service shows ads served by Google AdSense. We don't choose the individual ads, and an ad on a page isn't an endorsement by CSHBCK. Our Privacy Policy explains the cookies involved and how to opt out of personalized ads.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. We do our best to read rates accurately and to show when they were read, but we don't warrant that any rate, term or other fact on this site is current or error-free, or that you'll receive any cashback from any portal.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSHBCK won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of money, cashback, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on anything in it, including cashback you expected from a portal and didn't receive.

Links to other websites

The Service links to portals, merchants and other sites we don't own or control. We aren't responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices, and we won't be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on them. Read their terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality belong to CSHBCK and its licensors. Portal and merchant names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If a court finds any provision invalid, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between us about the Service and replace any earlier ones.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time. For a material change we'll try to give at least 30 days' notice by posting here before it takes effect. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.
